Starting out with a broad based workplace consultancy, Anthony developed an understanding of excellent customer service, listening to client needs and developing tailored solutions to delight his customers. This experience founded strong customer service principles, but soon enough a new challenge was needed, and Anthony took up the challenge of managing the consultancy division of the UKs largest independent water treatment/hygiene company. During his time in this role the consultancy team grew to the largest in the UK regularly delivering over 10,000 assessments per annum. The lessons learnt in both roles became irresistible and Optima Compliance (OC) was born to deliver detailed tailored solutions efficiently so that OC clients can benefit from the best of both worlds.

Ant joined Optima Compliance in September 2022 after spending the last 15 years climbing the corporate ladder at the UKs largest independent water treatment/hygiene company. From honing his skills as a legionella risk assessor under Anthony Wise, he took an alternative path and became an account manager before rising to head up the team that manages the companies Key Customer Accounts.  Needless to say, Ant brings with him a wealth of technical and commercial experience, but it was the draw of working with Anthony again that was the catalyst for their reunion.  Our joint mantra is simply to differentiate ourselves from the rest by delivering a quality product at a competitive price in a timely manner over and over again.
